Specialized Needs Facilities

Our building was constructed to accommodate students of all abilities, so the entire building is wheelchair accessible.

ABK Weaving Center

Gaenslen is home to a fully equipped weaving center! We provide weaving and fiber-arts education to our students and the community.

Nature Inspired, Inclusive Library

Features include a tree trunk reading nook, tactile environments, an astronomy feature over the storyteller circle, and a maker space.

At Gaenslen School, a range of special education services are available to students, including physical, occupational, and vision therapies, all in a rigorous academic environment.

Gaenslen School has decades of experience and expertise in meeting the diverse learning needs of students who have Individualized Education Plans to address orthopedic, vision, and/or other health diagnoses.
